Useful freeware - dup files & print lists
If you're like me, you have a bazillion files -- especially graphics -- on your hard drive. In some cases, there are duplicates. In many cases, they're simply reference files -- website backups, scans or photos of artwork, etc. -- and they're cluttering up your hard drive.
Here are two programs that I'm using to weed out duplicates and create printed lists (hard copy) of what's on the CDs that I'm saving as archives.
To identify duplicate files: Double Killer

To print lists of what's on each CD: Karen's Directory Printer

Will check both out, I'm a geek too!
Have you tried nozbe.com out? I really like it and I read that you're a GTD-kind-of-gal too.
Ooh, thanks for that tip! I'll check it out.
