August day in Maine - a nature journal page

9 August 2000: This is a low-resolution scan of a nature journal page. I created it in York, Maine; the lighthouse is at the Nubble. (Coastal Maine is one of my favorite vacation spots.)
This is a very dimensional piece, with lots of shells, beach glass and driftwood glued onto it. I added small photos, stamped elements from nature, and my own sketches and notes.
