"declutter" is the name of this journal. When I worked on it, I had a handwritten page here, but it was too constrained and "tidy" for this process. I used black gesso over the previous writing, and then rubber stamped & embellished the page, finally covering it with very gloppy, sloppy gel medium. The medium smeared the ink; I like that. I wanted it to look in as much disarray as my belongings were--and, in a way, my life--for most of this process.
