"...I hate whining." I really do. I hate finding myself in moments of what feels like powerlessness. I feel stupid for this. I know, logically, that it wasn't, and there is no place for blame in this. But, I still find myself acting-out old behaviors, feeling as if this situation is my "fault" and the result of my personal failures, no matter how clearly logic tells me otherwise.
