Hello!
On the first of May, we're moving from Texas to Maine. This is a huge project that's already been munching much of my time... and it's about to get wilder! We're driving over 2100 miles, arriving in Maine around the 5th of May.
So, if I'm not online for awhile, that's what's going on.
In the meantime, I've restored almost every page that was ever at Aisling.net. If you'd bookmarked one of my hundreds of articles, years ago, they're back!
However, for now, they're not in the sitemap and any links on those old pages... well, they're as old as the respective pages. The links may not work, even within this website.
Aisling.net will become an archive of my articles from 1995 through 2003 (or so). The very best articles are being updated and added to Aisling D'Art dot com (http://aislingdart.com/art/).
AislingDart.com will be my new, primary website for my arts & crafts articles.
SantaFlamingo.com will be my primary online shop of original arts & crafts, as well as digital downloads such as ebooks, ezines, and vintage clipart.
These changes are among my improvements as we move back to New England. I'm getting back to my creative and cultural roots, restoring the articles at Aisling.net, and recovering what I lost touch with during the years immediately before and after the events in my Decluttering Journal.
I see this as recovery more than reinvention, but -- either way -- it's time for a website that reflects who I am now, without losing the best of what I did in the past.
I am very excited about all of this, and especially the chance to live along coastal New England again!
